Privacy Policy: Network Rush

Last updated: 2026-09-22

Network Rush ("the app") is published by AgSoftware, address available on request. Contact: agsoftdev94@gmail.com.

In short

No account, no personal data sent to us. Your scores and progress stay on your phone. The app shows an ad banner on the home screen (through Google AdMob, after your consent where required) and offers optional tips through Google Play.

Data stored on your device only

Scores, level, experience points, badges, day streak, per-station statistics, settings (vibrations) and a "supporter" flag are stored locally on your device. We do not receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The home screen shows a banner served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). To display and measure ads, Google may collect and process, on your device and on its servers, data such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. Ads may be personalised or not depending on your choice.

Tips (Google Play Billing)

Optional tips are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. We receive no personal data from the purchase; the app only records locally that a tip was made.

What we do not do

We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, we do not create accounts, we do not track your location, and we do not sell your data.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Advertising: your consent. Local storage needed to run the app: performance of the service and legitimate interest.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access or delete on our side. For data processed by Google, exercise your rights with Google (myaccount.google.com). You may also contact us at agsoftdev94@gmail.com and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Children

The app is a general audience game and is not directed to children under 13. Ad requests are configured with a content rating capped at "G".

International transfers

Google may process data outside the EEA under its own safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Data sources

Tram station data comes from the open data of the Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg (Licence Ouverte v2.0). See the attribution in the app (Settings > Legal). The app is unofficial and not affiliated with the CTS.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above changes accordingly. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
